DAMAGED IN THE MAIL large sized postal envelope (135 x 280 mm) that was severely damaged in the mails and inserted into a plastic bag by the Israel Postal Service; NOTE: bag and envelope neatly opened to retrieve contents; date of mailing can not be determined.(WARNING: handle envelope with care as it is covered in a black substance – seems to be dry ink)
