It is basically the life story of Jankel Gottfried, including passport, references for employment, certificate from Rabbi in Vienna, Ketubah, and much more. Seen are (1) document about confiscation of gold chain by commander of Buchenwald (2) Weimar-Buchenwald letter sheet (3) Auswanderungabteiling der Israel, Kultusgemeinde [Emigration Department of the Israel Religious Community] (4) ZEUNGIS- Gewerblichen Fortbildungsschule fur Madchen [ZEUNGIS- Vocational Training School for Girls] (5) Magistratifches Bezirtsant [Magistrative District Officer]. About 50 documents and many photos.
1943-44 SET OF ROMANIAN JEWISH REGISTRATION WORK IDs AND REGULAR VOTER ID CARD Very rare set of Jewish Registration Work IDs and a Voter's ID card issued by the Kingdom of Romania during WWII to Sigmund Mendelsohn, a businessman and banker, Romanian citizen of Jewish ethnicity, living and working in Bucharest. The 1943 Work Waiver ID is hand signed in blue ink by Radu Lecca, Commissar General for the Jewish Affairs. 4 items in all
