60 SHEKEL PLUS 50 AIR LETTER (BI-13 AS 58) postmarked TEL AVIV 8.10.84 (the date, per Bale, that the 60 + 35 was withdrawn); only two stamps tied. NOTE: In the 1998 BALE this is AL60 with a new issue date of 5.2.85, which I do not recall ever seeing. So no warranty that this is a real First Day AS IS.
