(2) 'Report to The United States Government and His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom,' two pages, 9¾"x13", front and verso. Slight separation at edges of mid-horizontal fold. First page reviews 4 reasons for Committee's existence. Second page lists Committee's 10 recommendations regarding immigration, education and economic and political development, clearly concluding 'No Arab, No Jewish State,' urging peace and equality of Arabs and Jews in Palestine.
