PALESTINIAN AUTHORITY REVENUE STAMPS WITH ERRORS - issued 2004 by the health ministry. One normal stamp at top right & 6 different errors: without value, serial number shifted down, red serial number, double print serial number, inverted serial number & inverted sheet serial number on margin. All MNH & VF. Hard to find. The stamps issue as the same format as the Israel Agra revenue stamps with tab at left side.
