REGISTERED AIRMAIL COVERS group of 32 covers dated from 1950 through 1954, sent to the "Refua v'Chaim Society," 1819 Nedro Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa., which apparently assisted in the resettlement of European immigrants to Israel. All but three covers are Registered, with various styles of registry labels and postal markings. Postmarks of origin include Afula, Atlit, Beer Sheva, Hadera, Haifa, Hare Yehuda, Hof Ashkelon, Kfar Saba, Kiryat Motzkin, Migdal Ashkelon, Pardes Hana Bet Olim, Petach Tikva, Rehovot, Tsfat, and, of course, Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
