Welcome to the Ninety-fourth NEGEV HOLYLAND AUCTION.
As a result of the COVID-19, several my clients have reported that they do not have the funds to enter bids. They are either unemployed or are saving their funds for living expense. On a personal note, my fiancée and I are also unemployed as SIX FLAGS has delayed opening.
As such I am making the following changes:
All bids received by the current closing (March 25 at 2 PM local time) will be processed as normal. The lots will be mailed within the normal two weeks.
The buyer’s commission will be reduced to 10%.
Unsold lots will remain available until April 30 at 5 PM local time. These will be sold on a first-come first-served basis. Please send a bid thru STAMP CIRCUIT, send an e-mail, fax, or call.
This auction features a very nice selection of autographs and Judaica related items. There is also much Holocaust related material. Nearly all is from a long-time collector who is starting to dispose of his material. If you want more items of this nature, please ask.
This collector also has a very extensive holding of JEWISH NATIONAL FUND material. It includes singles, blocks, sheets, covers, and much more. He wants to sell this as a unit. If you want to see it, please contact me. Viewing will be at his home. The price is negotiable.
AGAIN: When sending your bids by e-mail or the web site please include your full name, address, and a phone-number. I have some clients with similar names. If you do not have a full name, address, and a phone-number on your e-mail bids, I will ask for them and not enter the bids until I get that information. Thanks.
AGAIN: I am keeping the LOW-PRICED LOTS. The photos are on the web site. For my clients who do not use the web or computers, I will send a limited number of scans for free. These lots are offered AS IS – NO RETURNS. There is NO COMMISSION, but the 4% surcharge and postage will be applied. The lot numbers start with 601.
REMINDER:
As we all well know, there is much fraudulent and faked material in the INTERIM period. Certificates are generally not issued for this material. This is, more or less, a BUYER BEWARE area with the material being sold AS IS. Nevertheless, in accordance with the terms of sale #06, if, within 30 days - unless a extension is asked for in writing - a competent authority, whom I recognize, states in writing that the material is faked or fraudulent, a full refund will be given.
